“Mr. Brown——咖啡——”每當這曲耳熟能響的廣告在耳畔響起，想必大家的腦海中就會浮現出一位穿著白色西裝、留著濃密大鬍子、一手拿著咖啡、一手比著讚的大叔，這就是金車股份有限公司（以下稱金車）旗下伯朗咖啡的商標，也是臺灣罐裝咖啡的代表品牌之一。</div>

1972年甫創立的金車於桃園市中壢區設立工廠，並推出“金車麥根沙士”引起消費者的注意，爾後金車於工廠內設置咖啡生產線，開始生產罐裝咖啡，也就是現在的伯朗咖啡，並以伯朗先生作爲至今不變的商標形象，伯朗先生洋化的外貌，象徵其源自於中南美洲，恰好與咖啡的盛產地相符合，這也是金車最初設計商標的概念。</div>

1982年5月8日，第一批伯朗咖啡上市，在強力的廣告與鋪貨率之下，剛上市就創下市佔率6成的業績，並外銷到亞洲許多國家。1986年金車持續推出伯朗藍山咖啡、曼特寧咖啡的口味，讓消費者有更多元的選擇，此外伯朗咖啡也在國內聲勢水漲船高的情況下，順勢進軍美洲地區，並在當地造成炫風。</div>

隨著國內開了越來越多咖啡館，罐裝咖啡的市場也受到些許影響，爲了持續在消費者的內心深耕，1999年伯朗咖啡館成立，沿用伯朗咖啡的商標，改爲主打現煮咖啡的咖啡館，但罐裝伯朗咖啡依舊是市面上的長青產品，並在金車引進國外的寶特瓶無菌充填產線後，進軍到歐洲與大洋洲，2006年伯朗咖啡又陸續出口到中東與非洲，自此全球約40個國家都可以看見伯朗咖啡的蹤影。</div>

雖然伯朗咖啡幾十年來都受到消費的喜愛，但金車並未因此懈怠，仍然持續引進冷藏咖啡充填產線、濾掛咖啡生產包裝線，以及使用於三合一咖啡的咖啡萃取液噴霧乾燥產線，並推出全臺第一個擁有雨林聯盟認證與UTZ認證的咖啡，展現其對環境保護的社會責任。</div>

如今伯朗咖啡已擁有即飲咖啡（罐裝咖啡）、衝調咖啡、濾掛咖啡、即溶咖啡與咖啡豆等產品，而伯朗咖啡館也已在全臺擁有約30家門市，並將版圖開拓是中國上海，見證臺灣30年來的咖啡發展史。</div>
